fswin Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the fswin platform. By registering, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between fswin ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the fswin.cam website, its mobile version, or any associated services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

fswin reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered full acceptance of those changes. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

Important: fswin is only for individuals aged 21 or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

  • "Platform" — The fswin.cam website and all associated services, subdomains, and applications.
  • "Account" — Each individual user account registered on fswin.
  • "Member" — A person who has created a valid account on the fswin platform.
  • "Bet" — A wager placed with money or credits on any sports or gaming event.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional reward, credit, or additional balance provided by fswin.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.
  • "Wallet" — The balance and fund management section of a member's fswin account.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To open an account on fswin, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must not already have an active account on fswin.
  • You must ensure that you are betting in your own name and using your own funds.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If you register with false or misleading information, fswin reserves the right to close the account at any time and forfeit all balances.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be deactivated and all funds may be forfeited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer methods can be used to deposit funds into fswin. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals through third parties using a payment account not registered in the member's own name are strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in the relevant transaction being cancelled and the account being suspended.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus may only be used once, unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
  • fswin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless explicitly permitted on the promotions page.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

The fswin VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback rewards are given at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

The conditions for moving to a higher tier and the exact cashback amounts are determined by fswin and are subject to change.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only when it has been successfully recorded on the fswin server. fswin will not be liable for bets that are not recorded due to network issues or technical errors.

5.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

fswin reserves the right to cancel or review any bet under the following circumstances:

  • A bet was accepted with incorrect odds or information.
  • An event is postponed or cancelled.
  • A technical error produces an abnormal result.
  • Evidence of corruption or match fixing is found.

5.3 Maximum Win Limit

fswin reserves the right to set a maximum win limit for specific games or betting categories. The specific limit for each game or event will be stated on the relevant game page.

6 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fswin platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
  • Following artificial betting patterns with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
  • Exploiting technical errors or software bugs for unfair advantage.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
  • Threatening, harassing, or insulting fswin staff.
  • Conducting transactions using stolen payment methods.
  • Using bots, automated scripts, or any automated system.
  • Attempting to breach or circumvent fswin's security systems in any way.
Warning: If participation in prohibited activities is proven, all associated accounts will be immediately closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Account Security and Privacy

7.1 Password Protection

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. fswin will never ask for your password via email or chat. fswin will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password with others.

7.2 Unauthorized Use

If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, contact us immediately via 24/7 live chat. If you allow a third party to use your account, you will be responsible for all of their activity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Closure by fswin

fswin may immediately suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause in these Terms.
  • Suspicion or evidence of fraud or improper activity.
  • Instructions from a regulatory body or legal obligation.
  • Failure to cooperate with the account verification process.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request closure of your account at any time via 24/7 live chat. You are advised to withdraw any outstanding balance before closing your account.
